Women's Health Day
Tuesday, September 17, 2019
11:30AM – 1:30PM
Talk to local health organizations to get information for yourself or a loved one. Come watch or participate in a demonstration on Tai Chi for Arthritis, take part in some pet TLC with PAWS of CNY, Inc., or listen to one of the ten-minute health demonstrations by SUNY Oswego.
Bring your insurance card to get your flu shot, or other age-specific vaccinations like Shingles, Tdap and Pneumococcal.
All participants who complete and submit their wellness passport will be entered to win prizes. To submit your wellness passport, visit at least one booth that supports each of the eight dimensions of wellness (mental, physical, financial, environmental, social, spiritual, intellectual and occupational), then submit the passport to the Downtown Committee of Syracuse booth to be entered to win prizes.
This event is free and open to the public (men and women).
